Project Overview
As a one-off project, Zenith Contract Services recently carried out an external refurbishment on an Employee’s home. Although residential work is not part of our core offering, this special internal project allowed our operatives to showcase their versatility and attention to detail outside of a commercial setting.
Overview of Works
The aim was to improve the curb appeal and long-term durability of the property’s exterior. The timber cladding was carefully removed and replaced with premium Millboard Enhanced Grain Decking in Smoked Oak – chosen for its authentic wood-look finish and low-maintenance benefits.
To complete the transformation, the masonry was cleaned and repainted in a soft, neutral tone, while new windows and doors were installed in a complementary colour palette to unify the property’s new aesthetic.
Project Outcome
The project was completed to an exceptional standard, resulting in a modern, cohesive look that significantly improved the property’s visual impact. While this was a one-off refurbishment, it served as a great opportunity for the team to demonstrate craftsmanship, product expertise, and commitment to quality – values we bring to every commercial and industrial project we undertake.
