Educational Facility
Client Requirements
Following the recent award of a cleaning contract at a local school, the Zenith team carried out an initial site assessment to understand the facility’s cleaning requirements and identify any areas needing attention.
During this assessment, it became clear that several floor areas across the building had not been maintained on a regular deep-clean schedule for some time. As a result, there was a noticeable build-up of dirt and residue that affected both the appearance and hygiene of the environment. The client required a thorough deep cleaning programme to restore the floors and establish an improved standard of cleanliness.
Overview of Works
Working closely with the property manager, Zenith scheduled a pre-tenancy deep clean immediately after the final trades had completed their work.
To minimise disruption to the school’s daily operations, the deep cleaning programme was scheduled during the half-term break.
Using a pedestrian scrubber dryer, the Zenith team carried out an intensive cleaning process across the affected floor areas. Furniture and fixtures were carefully moved where necessary to allow full access to the floors, ensuring that every section could be properly cleaned and restored.
The structured approach allowed the team to work efficiently while achieving a consistent and thorough finish across all treated areas.
Project Outcome
The deep cleaning programme produced immediate and highly visible results. Built-up dirt and residues were successfully removed, leaving the floors noticeably cleaner, brighter, and more hygienic.
The refreshed surfaces improved the overall appearance of the school environment while helping to support a healthier space for pupils and staff.
By implementing the correct equipment and a planned cleaning approach, Zenith restored the floors to a high hygiene standard and established a strong foundation for ongoing maintenance across the site.
