A leading Midlands-based fastenings manufacturer required clearly defined pedestrian walkways and safety crossings to ensure a safe, structured flow of foot traffic before moving into new premises. Given the ongoing move, the client stressed the importance of a quick turnaround to maintain high health and safety standards for employees and site visitors.
Overview of Works
The project began on Friday with precise preparation, using enclosed shot blasting to achieve a durable surface for the application. After the initial prep, our team carefully marked out and masked walkways and crossings to create clear, visible lines. To meet the client’s need for fast curing and high durability, we selected KDR Polyrapid coating, known for its rapid drying time and resilience. The safety yellow lines, applied with precision to highlight walkways and crossings, provide enhanced visibility and clear demarcation throughout the facility.
Project Outcome
The project was successfully completed within three days, and the client was delighted with the result. By Monday morning, the walkways and crossings were fully cured and ready for use, demonstrating our commitment to swift, high-quality service.
