Zenith Contract Services is committed to conducting its business activities to minimises the impacts of its activities on the environment.

We are committed to the protection of the environment and to prevent pollution in the supply and application of our products and services.

To achieve this we operate a Quality & Environmental Management System which satisfies the requirement of ISO 14001:2015.

We are committed to the continual improvement in our environmental performance and our Quality Environmental Management System.

Adherence to this Environmental Policy involves all of the Company’s activities and their effects as defined by the scope of our Quality & Environmental Management System.

We ensure that:

• The Environmental Policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels within the Company.
• The Environmental Policy is made available to our customers and the public on demand and communicated to all employees.
• We satisfy statutory, regulatory and other applicable requirements.
• We reduce the amount of waste produced during our activities and dispose of that which cannot be avoided in a responsible manner.
• We identify and deliver training and knowledge requirements for all employees and other persons operating on our behalf.
• We take account of concerns of interested parties and when necessary respond to communications from those affected by our operations.
• We set objectives and targets to drive the continual improvement of our Quality & Environmental Management System through environmental programmes and the regularly review of environmental responsibilities.

The Managing Director has the ultimate responsibility for the effective operation of the Quality & Environmental Management System and ensuring a commitment to its continual improvement.
