With a growing business hosting a diverse range of operations, the client needed a refreshed breakout area that would cater to both employees and visitors while leaving a lasting impression. The existing facilities were outdated and too small to meet these requirements, necessitating a complete refurbishment to modernise the space.
Overview of Works
Zenith Contract Services undertook the transformation of the breakout area by:
- Stripping out the existing office arrangement, including walls, finishes, and services.
- Creating structural openings for full-height windows and doors, allowing for better natural light and modern aesthetics.
- Altering services and installing a new open-plan welfare area.
- Upgrading the space with contemporary ceiling and floor finishes, ensuring the area was functional, inviting, and fit for purpose.
